Anne had worked at Louie's for many years prior to becoming the "new" owner eight years ago.  Anne has found that she loves the restaurant business and has learned every facet of food and wine service, as well as the finer aspects of customer service, always welcoming you to Louie's with a smile and welcome feel.

Louie's has been open for over thirty years, maintaining the very special dining experience with the menu and food staying consistent through the years.

Inside the 127 year old Hotel Upham reflects the charm and tradition of its location with a comfortable feel all its own.  A small but well stocked bar is at the entry, and guests are
served extraordinary fresh seafood, pastas, and filet mignon--with a changing menu of specialties.  Cozy tables and booths inside or on an old-fashioned porch outside await our guests.  When in Santa Barbara do come by

Louie's is also available for that next business meeting, conference or special occasion, whether it's a rehearsal dinner, anniversary, birthday or family reunion.
We have two separate event rooms located on the grounds adjacent to the restaurant at the historic Upham Hotel.  The Garden Room is available for up to 60 people and the Board Room can host up to 16 people.

The menu can be customized to suit your own tastes from
Louie's creative menu, and Audio/Visual equipment is also available upon request.
